Free Family Fun Fair
Saturday, October 4, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Bayside Community Hospital, 200 Hospital Drive, Anahuac, TX 77514
A free community event featuring wellness booths, local vendors, games, food, music, and family-friendly activities. Everyone is welcome!
75th Anniversary Gala
Saturday, October 11, 2025 – Doors Open at 5:00 PM
Location: White’s Park Community Building, 222 White Memorial Park Rd, Wallisville, TX 77597
Enjoy a steak dinner, two complimentary drink tickets, live music by Rush Creek, a silent auction, and a night of dancing and celebration. Tickets are $50 per person and all proceeds benefit the Bayside Healthcare Foundation.
Sponsorships are available for individuals and businesses looking to support local healthcare while gaining public recognition during the event.
All proceeds raised through these events go directly to the Bayside Healthcare Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting patient care programs, equipment purchases, senior services, and more throughout Chambers County.

The Bayside Healthcare Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the mission of Chambers Health. Since 2006, the Foundation has served as a vital link between donors and the healthcare needs of our local communities, ensuring that every gift goes directly toward enhancing services, expanding access, and improving lives across Chambers County.

Formed with the authorization of the Chambers County Public Hospital District Board of Directors, the Foundation operates exclusively for charitable purposes under IRS Section 501(c)(3). It serves as a supporting organization to all Chambers Health facilities, including:
- Bayside Community Hospital
- Bayside Clinic
- West Chambers Medical Center
- Dayton Medical Center
- The Wellness Center at Bayside

The Bayside Healthcare Foundation offers a variety of giving options to fit your personal, financial, and philanthropic goals. Every contribution, large or small, supports the continued growth of compassionate, community-based care.
A simple and immediate way to give. Cash gifts are fully tax-deductible (up to 50% of your adjusted gross income) and may be made as a one-time donation or pledged over time.
We accept gifts of marketable securities such as stocks, bonds, or mutual funds. These gifts often offer favorable tax advantages, including avoiding capital gains tax and receiving a charitable deduction for the fair market value.
You can designate the Foundation as a beneficiary or assign ownership of a fully paid-up life insurance policy. This is a meaningful way to leave a legacy while maximizing your philanthropic impact.
With Board approval, we accept gifts of real estate and other property, such as primary residences, land, vehicles, or personal assets. Each gift is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure alignment with our mission.
